When you book an appointment I reserve that time and space just for you. Therefore, I respectfully require at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to come to your appointment for any reason. All appointments with less than 24 hours notice will need to be charged 50% of the service cost. Barring exceptional circumstances, if your cancellations and rescheduling becomes frequent, I will no longer be able to provide you services due to the loss of income.
